Thank you for supporting this small business over the years. Through a growing and evolving neighborhood, Handz On Art has remained a staple in the same studio space in the Warehouse District for the last 25 years. The studio has been a space for locals and visitors of Traverse City to gather, create, and connect–year after year. Handz On Art is a small business that not only found success, but its owner, Julie O’Hearn-Cox, has built a remarkable community in Northern Michigan.
Julie has done hundreds of newborn handprints, hosted thousands of parties, glazed and fired countless pieces. Painting at Handz On Art is a tradition for many families. Many customers who have visited the studio as children are now returning with their own families. Seeing familiar faces return to the studio year after year when they visit Traverse City or when holidays come around is incredibly special and what makes celebrating this milestone even more important.

This is an open house from 12-5pm at the studio, so come when you can. All are welcome.

At the Open House:

- 107.5 FM WCCW Good Times Rock & Roll will be broadcasting LIVE outside the studio.
- Lindsey Mak Photography will be snapping photos and will be available for portraits.
